We offer full burial plots, cremation plots, and columbarium niches for interment.
The first burial in our cemetery took place in ~ 1833. It was not officially conveyed to the village until after the death of Benajah Williams in 1851, when his son Charles donated the land as a public burying ground. The Glen Williams Cemetery is the resting place for most of the village families, no matter what their religion.
The Glen Williams Cemetery was expanded three times - in approx. 1905, in 1919 and in 1957. The cemetery is still open and is run by a cemetery board.
There is much to see and learn about the very historic Glen William's Cemetery. So, take your time, look around, and learn about our cemetery. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line if you have any questions.
Visitors are always welcome, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. We are located at the top of Prince St, Glen Williams.
Please only drive or park on the designated lane way!
Please note video surveillance of the entire cemetery is in effect 24 hours
